This book consists of 28 days of meals. Cookbook only. No information on how or why you would lose 20 pounds. Did she just pick “20 pounds” arbitrarily? The author has a very poor command of the English language. In fact, I wonder if she is a non native English speaker as her sentences are strange and often incorrectly structured.
