Right. Hello. Ok
so i feel disgusting lately and i have just been eating loads.. Like i've just been like pigging out. Well, cus the other day i ate too much i felt bloated (i seem to get bloated easily grrrr :'( ???) .. And then i just thought after wards "oh well who cares, i might as well just carry on eating loads". It's so annoying that i do that. Cus when i feel fat and horrible i get dead depressed and sad and don't wanna leave the house or anything ๐Ÿ™ so yh. I want help to help me abandon this horridness (cus i've put on like a stone since early summer time! Great). Ok yh i know to eat well eat smaller portions and exercise blabalhaab. But i need help to come up with a routine! Something that i can stick to and that will keep me motivated! I wanna start now cus i just can't deal with it anymore.. Next year i will officially start! Cus it's going to be like a fresh start and i'm going to tone up and become fitter and will be hopefully be much happier this time next year lol! That's my aim. So yeah, i need to come up with an exercise programme and things to help me lose that bit of weight so i can tone up and STAY slim.. Cus i know i can do it if i wanted to! That's like the dream. I can be because i'm not fat or anything, well.. Basically i think if i really tried i COULD be slim and happy. I hope hhaha. Please helpppppppppppppppppppppppp! Errrrrr ๐Ÿ™

Cardio exercise and eating breakfast fruits, whole grain cereals and egg-white are great options help boost metabolism which help lose weight faster & burn more calories so eat egg in every morning omelet or boiled etc..to get protein which important for your body for losing weight
stay way from junk food, fries

Do 30 minutes of cardio training [dancing, jogging, aerobics, yoga , running, bicycle, swimming, kick boxing … ] and 30 minutes of strength train [weights, arms, setup, crunches for abs, legs workout and stretches]
workout 3-6 times on week. 30min or 1-2 hours

Isagenix weight loss program?

Okay, my dad signed up for the isagenix weight loss program (the 30-day one) and is about to start it soon. I am happy that he is trying to get healthy again, but i'm a firm believer in simply eating good foods and exercising. True, i'm only 16 but still i am very active and i'm trying to get my family to start eating really healthy without starving ourselves.

Has anyone had a negative experience with isagenix? Any bad effects? After the 30 days, do you jsut continue a healthy lifestyle without the shakes and bakes and whatever else there is in the program? Just any comments will do, positive feedback as well.

Hi
If your dad returns to bad habits after the 30 days, he will likely gain the weight back. Generally, people feel so good after, that they do keep eating healthy.
Some people keep having the shakes for breakfast after a cleanse ( I know I do!)
I hope your dad has your support though, as it is not always easy to be on a cleanse!

What is the best weight loss program

I have bee trying to loss some weight but only able to loss 15 but want to loss more, what is the best options.
