Weight loss problems – weight plan?
Please give me suggestion on losing weight
My diet is;
For breakfast-2 semi boiled eggs with a glass of iced coffee (skimmed milk, 1 teaspoon of coffee and half a teaspoon of raw brown sugar)
For Morning tea – Wrap with smoked ham, lettuce,tomato,cucumbers also a couple of almonds
For Lunch – approximately 15-20 grapes, watermelon or pineapple (2 serves of fruit) if hungry maybe 5-6 rice crakers
For Afternoon tea – crunchie nut ceral with a little bit of milk or preniums with ham and tomato
After lunch – Oatmeal
Dinner – Salad (lettuce,tomato,cucumbers,chicken or ham with some dressing) or Fish with a little bit of salad.
I exercise daily at the gym for an hour :
Treadmill – 20 minutes – speed is 6.5-7.0 with the incline of 1
Crossruner – 20 minutes with the effort level at 3
Bike – 20 minutes with the effort level at 2
30 Leg presses picking up 50-60 kgs.
Any Suggestions that can help me lose weight the healthy way? I have been drinking a lot of water as well. Also any machines that help build abs. What will make me lose weight? I'm 62 kilos and around 156 cms.
